Well, my little brother is officially following in my dad's footsteps and working his way up the ladder in the Fire Department.  Lt. Swanson will be a great leader, teacher, and hard-working fire-fighter.  I couldn't let his promotion go un-celebrated, so here we have a sugar-cookie and cake-pop bouquet. I had to incorporate my sugar cookies because at Christmas the "holiday mouse" somehow gobbles them up... it is never Kevin! :) Congrats Kev, I am proud of you, and I hope you shared your treats with the guys in blue!

Lia's theme was a Justin Beiber-bowling party. Little purple bowling balls and a lot of purple "bling" make this the perfect centerpiece for a 6-year old Beiber fan!!

I will post the projects I have been working on the last 2 weeks in the next few days.  This weekend I will try to catch up with my posts! Thanks to my amazing husband who bought me a new laptop for my business for mother's day! This little gem is making may life so much easier, thanks Trav!

I am very excited to post the 4 creations I worked very hard on all week. I had SO fun, and was able to try a couple new pop designs for the first time.  Be sure to visit my "Specials page" for May promotions! /monthly-promotions-and-new-creations.html
Here is what I was up to this week!! I would love to hear any feedback, ideas, etc.... Thanks for visiting!

These cool Zombie pops (thanks for pushing me to try something new Alfonso) were for party favors for David's guests. What a cool idea for a boy party! I hope the party was awesome!

All individually wrapped, and them packaged for delivery in the box on the left.

Scary Zombies! These are priced at $1.25 each w/o the wrapping and ribbons.

"Bedtime Stories" baby shower theme with a hot-pink color scheme. I love the theme, so I included some classic books and a "Sweet Dreams" message within the centerpiece. I hope it was a hit, Donna! Thanks for such a fun theme to work with!!

Different view of the same centerpiece. These are the "basic-style" pop which is $1.00 each unwrapped and the centerpiece is an additional $15-20.

Classic dipped Strawberries to accompany a special 1st Communion cake for Alex! Congrats Alex, and thanks for allowing me to make the chocolate-dipped Strawberries!

Although I loved all of the projects A LOT this week, I have to admit that Jody's graduation pops were my favorite. She gave me colors of her college and said she trusted me.... Could be trouble, but I hope her gamble paid off! I REALLY like this, so I hope she does too. :)

I guess I am naming this pop "Fancy swirl" and they are $1.50 each, only because of the time and detail it takes for each one..

Congrats Jody on such an amazing accomplishment. Good luck with your new Criminal Justice Degree!
